The Gospel: In Its Simplest Form

God created the heaven and earth. The heavens are His but the earth He
gave to man to have dominion over. He prepared a place (the garden) for
man and took the man and placed him in it and gave him a commandment.
He warned man that if he broke that commandment that death would follow.
Well, man broke the commandment and as a result death has been
plaguing the world ever since. The death of being totally separated from
God and disoriented from the Voice of the Lord that man once knew.
Destruction was inevitable for all mankind due to one man. The good news
(the gospel) is that God, being a just God, having allowed every man to be
doomed due to one man, also allowed every man to be reconciled due to
one man; that man is Jesus Christ. So, because of one man's sin, all were
born in sin. Likewise, because of one man's righteousness all can be born
in righteousness. We believe one man made us all wrong and we must
believe that one man can make us all right by His blood! Just as God
prepared a place in the beginning and brought the man to it, He came in
the flesh, in the likeness of man and told us that He would go and prepare
another place for us and return one day and receive us and we would be
with Him forever! If you receive Him as Lord of your life and savior of your
soul you will have eternal life! That is the gospel of Jesus Christ!
